Terms & Conditions – y789

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the y789 website (y789.win) and any associated services ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on y789. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering on y789, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and payment method details.

• Keep your login credentials (username, password, OTP) strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.

y789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. y789 may refuse to create an account, or suspend or close an existing account, at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

y789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform cashier from time to time.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• y789 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits credited in error due to a technical fault remain the property of y789 and must be returned upon request.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on your payment provider. y789 is not responsible for delays attributable to JazzCash, Easypaisa or any banking institution.
• y789 reserves the right to apply a transaction fee on withdrawals as notified in the cashier section.
• Any attempt to reverse a deposit (chargeback) through a payment provider will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on y789 — including sports betting (cricket, UFC, PSL, international fixtures), live casino games, slots, crash, and fishing arcade games — are subject to the specific game rules published within the Platform for each product. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that product.

• All bets are final once confirmed. y789 does not accept cancellations of placed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• y789 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or resulting from a technical malfunction of the Platform.

• y789 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or within any defined time period at its sole discretion.
• Winnings from RNG casino games and slots are determined solely by certified random number generator algorithms. y789 does not manipulate game outcomes.

y789 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets or other incentives ("Promotions") from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside the Promotion. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by those specific terms.

• Bonuses are issued at y789's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

• Abuse of Promotions, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

Violation of any provision in this section may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

y789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds or voided winnings) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

You may close your y789 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the date of closure.

y789 may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, y789 will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on their account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
